Linear bearing is a linear motion system produced at low cost for use with an infinite stroke and a cylindrical shaft. Since the bearing ball is in point contact with the shaft, the load is small. The steel ball rotates with very little frictional resistance, so that high-precision and smooth motion can be obtained.
The retainer is installed in the outer cylinder and is fixed by the buckles at both ends, so that the steel ball can circulate repeatedly on the track surface without falling off.
The outer cylinder has undergone sufficient heat treatment to achieve a considerable hardness to ensure safety and life span during exercise.
The steel ball retainer is formed by resin, which can reduce the noise and wear between the steel ball and the retainer.
The allowable operating temperature is within 80℃.
