Slide Rails Have The Following Properties

(1) Guide accuracy Mainly refers to the accuracy of the guide track. The main factors affecting the guiding precision are: the geometric precision and contact precision of the guide rail, the structural form of the guide rail, the rigidity and thermal deformation of the guide rail and its support member, the oil film thickness and the stiffness between the static (dynamic) pressure guide rail pair.

(2) Accuracy retention is mainly determined by the wear resistance of the guide rail. The wear resistance is related to the material of the guide rail, the friction property of the guide rail pair, the pressure on the guide rail and its distribution law.

(3) Stiffness Includes the stiffness and contact stiffness of the guide rail itself. It mainly depends on the shape and size of the guide rail, the connection mode of the support member and the stress condition.

(4) Low-speed motion stability When the moving rail is used for low-speed motion or micro-displacement, it is easy to generate friction self-excited vibration, that is, creeping phenomenon. Crawling reduces the positioning accuracy or increases the value of the roughness of the surface of the workpiece being machined.
