The choice of rail grade is very important, which is one of the factors we should consider when choosing a rail. However, we should choose the appropriate level of accuracy according to the requirements, not the higher the accuracy, the better, sometimes too high, it will cause waste.

 

Any manufacturer's products can be marked with a mark accuracy grade, some manufacturers have more scientific marks, generally use the first letter of the name of this grade, if the ordinary grade mark N, the precision level is P. Some manufacturers, 2, 3, 4 5, from high to low precision, there are opposites, in short, to confuse customers as a principle. If the user has questions about the accuracy of the sample, you can refer to the sample. CPC rail accuracy is a comprehensive concept. It generally consists of walking line error, combined height error, width error from the side of the rail to the reference side of the slider, pairwise height error on the reference side of the slider, and pairwise width error.

 

For most industrial machines, the general accuracy level can meet the requirements. The H level is selected at a slightly higher level. It is common to select the P level for CNC machine tools. Other super precision machines choose SP (super precision), UP ( Top precision) is appropriate. The next three levels require strict installation and usage conditions to demonstrate performance. Ratings require demanding installation and use conditions to demonstrate performance.
